Curve Appeal Cushion Pattern - Includes pre-cut papers

Discover the hand sewing technique of curved English paper-piecing to make this glorious cushion featuring the traditional Hexagon but with a twist. In these comprehensive instructions, Louisa will take you through each stage, from fussy-cutting and glue-basting your shapes, to piecing them together using a flat back stitch. Each pattern includes a full set of pre-cut EPP papers (42pcs), unique to Sewmotion

Skill level: Skilled Beginner

Finished size: Approx. 20" square

You will need;
• Seven 6" x 22" strips in co-ordinating prints for the hexies
• Three 2.5" x 22" strips in co-ordinating blenders for the crescents
• One 21" square of background fabric
• Thread for piecing - I use a 50wt cotton

• Temporary fabric glue pen - which you can purchase here
• Gentle fabric starch - which you can purchase here
• Embroidery floss in a contrasting thread if hand quilting
• One 23" square of wadding (and of butter muslin if hand quilting)
• 60cm of backing fabric and a 20" cushion pad.
