The modern quilt finishes at approx. 43" x 47" and features the surprisingly simple snowball block, ideal for skilled beginners. Made up of one large square and four smaller ones, these blocks are quick to put together, and by using this speedy chain-piecing method, a more experienced quilter could complete this quilt in a weekend!
This 5-page pattern includes fabric requirements, cutting and sewing diagrams, and a colour layout plan. There are also suggestions for quilting your finished top. Plus, Helping Hand tips and links to my online tutorials will guide you along the way.
To make this quilt, you will need;
• 30cm print one
• 75cm print two (this includes 35cm for the binding)
• 40cm print three
• 40cm print four
• 1.15m white-on-white - or you could use plain white
• 46" x 50" backing and wadding.
